“ Came in for a oil change and tire rotation on my 26 honda civic touring after they gave the keys back i was looking over my car to check it out i have a extremely small scuff on my rim thats been on the car since i bought it and happened to notice it was still on the back driver side rim when it should be in a different spot due to the alleged “rotation” so i went in and asked the nice advisor if she was for sure it was done she replied they marked it as done so it absolutely should be then i asked to speak with the guy who did it and she brought me to him so i asked him if it was done and he replied “it was not needed so no” so i proceeded to tell him thats a little ridiculous because if you view the manual or even call honda care they will tell you it recommended to rotate every oil change. Regardless if i needed it thats what was stated needed to be done in my paperwork. they both apologized and i respect the honesty instead of lying. I was brought to what im assuming is a service advisor manager or someone hirer his name is Adrian he immediately asked us what was happening and listened to all of my concerns and wanted to try to get down to the best possible solution. He ended up getting a service manager to rotate my tires correctly and he even offered a free oil change my next visit which I very appreciate. After the rotation was done he made sure to check it with me and make sure it was correct we ended up all laughing about it but he made sure next time they would do me better! Just a little disappointed it wasn’t done right the first time especially when your dealing with brand new cars ”

“ Our purchase experience at Community Honda in Baytown could have been better. We've worked with this Dealership for years for Honda service on my previous Civic, and it was always great. We came in about 2 months ago to purchase a Certified Used EV that we found online, and to be honest... everything was a struggle. We felt the deal was okay, and we paid a fair amount for it, but we still feel like the Dealership didn't really care and is just trying to move cars as fast as possible. Issues we had: 1. Only had 1 key, and with a certified vehicle, you get a 2nd key. Having them order a key and program it to the car took DAYS, and communication with the Dealership was poor. We had to beg for more info. 2. We paid in full for the car with a trade and a cashiers check, no financing. Waited hours to talk to the Finance gal, and then there was an issue with a lien release notice getting obtained for our trade in vehicle from a bank. Went a month... no word from the Dealership at all, then the Sales Manager calls me in a panic... you have to get us the lien release doc today or we have to reclaim the new vehicle that I have fully paid for. Like, what?! You all need to get your stuff together! We got them the doc and they chilled, but it was frustrating. 3. The vehicle HondaLink/OnStar was still registered to the previous owner and it took 3 weeks to get them to transfer ownership. The Dealership did very little to help with this situation, it was hours on the phone with OnStar. The HondaLink works well, now, so that's a plus! 4. The Sales people have zero power or ownership of a Deal - they are just the middlemen between the Sales Managers and Finance folks. Communication and knowledge could have been much better. Overall, this is not a bad Dealership, but they are just a regular car Dealer that wants to sell cars and first make money - don't let the marketing trick you into thinking they're hometown folks who are "Christian owned" or "treat you like family". They're just selling you a car. We're happy with our purchase and the price, it just could have been a better customer service experience and we've had to jump through some hoops. Still waiting on that Tax window sticker and Title, though... 6 weeks later! ”

That I had to pay for… ( part was under warranty) not sure why I had to pay. Door panel still makes an obnoxious rattling noise and the steering rack needed to be replaced. Which again was dismissed until management was involved. ”

I went to the car lot today just to be told by the director of finance Matt or at least that's what I was told to be told he don't know who did my paperwork 😂 it don't matter, so I guess whoever you get it what type of service you get I thought the people who work for a company all do the same since it's the same company guess not with Honda! I rather do a voluntary repo than pay 1250 a month and not have a good warranty or even offered one, oh but was offered an upgrade just 2000 out of pocket absolutely not I believe when you purchase a vehicle you should know what is offered to you and us a customers should be able to pick what type of warranty we want because yall are not the ones paying for it we are! My car was there for a whole week for a FENDER when i was told it was only gonna be there for 3 days , they kept pushing the days back , esmeralda was my service advisor and she did not know how to communicate at all, she said she would call me with updates but i had to keep calling multiple times for an update . I was left car less for first 3 days and i then had to escalate the problem to the manager which resulted in me getting a rental car which should’ve been brought to my attention sooner . ”
“ We purchased a vehicle, we had a great sales person, but when we went back to pay for for it, they kept the vehicle in the back, we didn't get to see it again until we signed all of the paperwork and paid for it in full. And by the time it was late and got dark, next day at home we notice that there was a few paint repairs on the outside of the vehicle, and even in the inside like the dash and the driver seat was also paited, and after 3 day's the driver seat started to fall a part, it was supposed to be leather but apparently it was like an imitation material. Also the front left shock started to make a really bad noise, se we had to get it replaced because it was broken, we also had to replace 2 bad sensors on it. Looks like to me that this people just make the car looks good for you to buy it but don't really fix anything on a pre-owned vehicle. We had the vehicle now for a month and they haven't give us the stickers, neather the title for it, after they told us that be ready in about 2 to 3 weeks. ”
