“ My husband stopped at Community Honda for an oil change while briefly in Texas. He was recommended several services one of which was new tires as the ones on the needed to be replaced. What wasn't said we as that the tires were hazardous. My husband told the service attendant that he was traveling to Alabama. On his way back, a tire blew out causing a serious accident. Thankfully no one was injured. When he checked the tire, the threads were exposed in the inside. There's no reason that he shouldn't have been warned not to drive home on these tires. While it's not the delawe's fault that the tire failed, we believe they had a duty to warn their customer if the tires' hazardous conditions. Very disappointed that this didn't happen. ”

Which stained my garage and It was just inconvenient because I have 2 small children and having to return again to the dealer to get the issue resolved was just frustrating. No apology, no nothing. Hope they will do better in the future ”
